Get AviX

Time in Manufacturing operations is precious, so it's important to take the next step to world-class technology with AviX and start with what companies around the world are doing with AviX. As simple as that!

We like to be efficient so we suggest starting with a video-call where we will review your needs with AviX and refine the next steps for installing AviX in your company; it does not matter if they are 80,000 kms away since AviX has local representation worldwide.

Step 1 - Contact us

The easiest thing to do is start with a short conversation about your needs and review how AviX can support your production engineering work and help you achieve your goals.

A first talk gives us a better understanding of your needs and we can share our experiences from thousands of hours of consulting to hundreds of AviX users.

Step 2 - Webex meeting

The most effective is to watch AviX together: either a web meeting (WebEx, Skype, Zoom, etc.) or if you prefer, an on-site visit. Time is valuable, and it is important to quickly come to a conclusion on how to improve your operations with AviX.

A meeting generally takes between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the area of focus.

Step 3 - Immersion to AviX

This phase is where an AviX consultant takes you by the hand and shows you AviX best practices. We can run a pilot project together. The pilot project is typically 2-3 days long, and is the most effective way for interested and potential users to learn more about AviX. During the pilot project, we actively worked on AviX, testing and evaluating it.
Everything ends on a solid basis for decision making.

Time study of value adding vs. non-value adding activities

3 good reasons to run a pilot project!

Basis for decision making

During a pilot project we dicuss and create a basis for decision making. This is important! We want our customers to be confident that AviX is the right choice. In addition, time inmanufacturing means money, and therefore it is important to easily make continuous improvement decisions fast.

Try it, use it & Feel the benefits

Who wants to buy software without seeing it first? The pilot project gives all potential users the opportunity to learn and use AviX together with us.

Try it with a real case

Different industries have different needs in their production environment. A pilot project is not a "demo" of AviX, it is an opportunity to use AviX "live" in your company's production environment and test how AviX fits and allows to improve your processes.

How did SAPA start with AviX?

Sapa's area of focus - Heat Transfers - Fist Step was to run a pilot project to verify the full potential of the system. "During the pilot, we met with experienced and dedicated AviX staff, who were also available for support and feedback during implementation.".
