Average balancing is based on simplified forecasts or projections of future production allowing to meet the production forecast. The use of AviX Execution Optimizer allows to calculate a correct balance based on the production schedules / work order scheduling, that is, efficiently balance work orders within the planning horizon.
The content of work on a workstation can vary greatly when there are product variants or different product configurations. Depending on the production schedule, this can cause unintended consequences in line, cell, or resource utilization. AviX Execution Optimizer helps to visualize the content of the job and the utilization of each workstation, making it possible to forecast problems.
AviX Execution Optimizer allows you to identify unbalance work and avoid line stoppages before they occur. With AviX the content of the work is analyzed by production line, cell, shift or day and for each individual work order or by business unit in the production schedule with AviX it is possible to take action and avoid future problems
AviX Shop Floor Viewer performs as a "ready to use" web server (software) that may be installed locally on the network and which would provide access to the work instructions. From a technical systems perspective, this is as simple as installing google chrome or the rest of AviX, this means a very simple installation and configuration and very low cost.
AviX Shop Floor Viewer is the perfect solution for digital work instructions. The management of method, time and movement data is done within AviX, but with the advantage that it can be published for access through a web browser. This is a great benefit as it ensures that the operator always has easy access to the latest updated version of the work instructions and the ability to access video of the operation!
