OUTSOURCING AS AN ASSOCIATED PERSONNEL

For México: Remuneration scheme with the figure of Associate Personnel that allows them to contribute to the mexican IMSS and mexico-INFONAVIT with the minimum wages that the client decides (never below 2 minimum-wages according to mexican laws).
For the USA or Canada: Remuneration according to work-level and speciality of personnel and applicabe labor laws.

The payment of the excess of salary vs. Minimum wages are made through a union, under the concept of union benefits.

Deposits are made directly to a bank account in the name of the employee, which speeds up payment and disposal processes.

The employee will have the corresponding receipts for each payment with all the necessary fiscal data that will allow him to properly verify his income before any institution and be subject to credit.

Mexico Legal basis:

According to Art. 27 section II, LIMSS, union benefits received by employees are excluded as part of the base contribution salary.
